Crack open the Fun: Egg My Yard, Tisha! Easter Egg Hunt Aims to Spread Smiles in 2024

Clayton  (March 7, 2024) – Brace yourselves for a hop-tastic adventure as Egg My Yard, Tisha! returns for its fourth year, promising laughs and giggles in a front yard near you! Egg hunts will occur the weekend of March 23, 2024.

Connecting Hearts, One Smile at a Time

In 2021, Tisha had a vision: to sprinkle happiness across the community in a unique way that resonates with the young hearts that make our county vibrant. Armed with her time, the invaluable support of her family and friends, and the generous backing of Nguyen & Pham LLC, she set forth on a mission to bring smiles to the faces of children with Egg My Yard, Tisha! — the first free egg my yard service in the county. Fast forward three years, and Egg My Yard, Tisha! has become a beloved tradition, completing 400 deliveries and distributing over 13,000 Easter eggs to children in Clayton County.

"As a real estate agent, I am always thinking of ways to connect with people. The COVID-19 pandemic prompted many business owners and organizations to explore alternative ways to stay connected. I wanted to do something for Easter, and this type of event was perfect for the times we were experiencing together," said Tisha Lawrence, host of  Egg My Yard, Tisha! "I almost didn't proceed with the event in 2021, considering the idea came so close to Easter. I am genuinely glad that I listened to my heart.  Witnessing the joy that children (and parents) experience year after year makes the long delivery days so worthwhile.”

Easter 2024 – Unleashing the Egg-stravaganza!

This year, Egg My Yard, Tisha! has set its sights high again: a mission to bring the joy of Easter to 100 households! Picture it – 100 homes, 100 families, and 100 stories of laughter and excitement. You can play a vital role in producing countless smiles; lighting up the faces of children across Clayton County.

How You Can Join the EGG-CITEMENT:

  1. Volunteer for the Hunt: Dive into the action! Become a volunteer and be a part of the team making this egg hunt an unforgettable experience.
  2. Sponsor the Joy: Be a champion of smiles! Your sponsorship will directly contribute to the creation of unforgettable memories for the little ones. There is more than one way to be involved. Every egg counts, and every smile matters.

This year promises to be egg-stra special, thanks to our premier candy sponsor, Luck Stone of Clayton County. They generously donated over 3,000 pieces of candy for this event. Their commitment to community involvement will help ensure that this mobile egg hunt is smoothly set in stone for many families for Easter 2024. This connection was made possible by Kimberly Jackson, a dedicated participant for multiple years.
